I send my most sincere condolences to Susan's family and friends. She was a good neighbor and friend.

Susan was such a thoughtful and caring equestrian, both for Pep and for other horses and riders. When she was leading Pep back outside after her final ride, I was just returning from tidying up his paddock, and she told me with evident gratitude how much she and Pep appreciated that. She is deeply missed by all who rode with her.

While I’m deeply saddened to hear of Susan’s passing our last conversation was of course centered on her passion love for riding and Pep. She was always thoughtful, inquisitive, caring and a class act. Her warmth and goodness we felt. We served on SCORE and I’m grateful to have known her. RIP friend.

Susan was a bright point of light in this world. We went through a lot of new experiences together. Opening a sales and marketing office together in Dublin, attending a Microsoft event in Hong Kong while lodging in a a 7 star hotel that Microsoft was funding. I always enjoyed her tales of childhood and of her banking career. She was generous and very very caring. I am very saddened to know the bright light has gone out.

What a beautiful way to remember Susan, from the words to the wonderful photograph.
The world is a smaller place without her.

Susan was the kindest most sincere person, I feel honored to be her friend and fellow equestrian. She and Pep were made for one another and she so loved coming to the barn. We will miss you Susan

I knew Susan through knitting, though she wasn't much of a knitter. She joined us on knitting weekends for the stories, and was always a thoughtful and inquisitive listener and a wonderful companion. She was a treasure. Please keep me posted on plans for the memorial service as I would very much like to be there.

Susan and I met when we were both bankers at Chemical Bank in NYC, and we remained good friends ever after. When she left NYC to settle in Hanover, we missed her terribly, but we found opportunities to visit her in Hanover, and she visited us in NYC and East Hampton. I don't know what I will do without Susan's book recommendations; she was always ten books ahead of me.
